How Whatcom County is making history

For nearly seven years now, local residents have worked with elected officials, Stand.earth, and RE Sources for Sustainable Communities to protect Whatcom County's air, water, community health and refinery jobs by putting in place a moratorium on the shipment of unrefined fossil fuels. Now they're working to make these protections permanent.
